What this is
RenewalFlow is software that auto-generates renewal deals in your HubSpot account. It is provided “as-is.”
Account & access
You connect via HubSpot OAuth. You are responsible for keeping your HubSpot account secure and for what your team does in the app.
Pricing
The audit dashboard is permanently free. The Pro tier — $50 / month, billed monthly via Stripe — unlocks pushing renewals back to HubSpot, unlimited live sync, and email support. No seats, no usage tiers, no annual commit. Cancel from inside the app; access continues through the end of the paid period.
Acceptable use
Do not reverse-engineer the service, abuse rate limits, or use it to harm third parties. We may suspend accounts that do.
Data
You own your HubSpot data; we process it on your behalf per the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers, availability, and termination
The service is provided “as-is” with no warranty. We aim for high uptime but do not offer an SLA at this tier; downtime for maintenance happens. Either party may terminate at any time, and we will delete your data per the Privacy Policy. Our liability is capped at the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.
